Within the framework of Community mobilization, Key Of Life empowers volunteers to be part of positive Change in society and to be involved professionally in providing support, though, Key of Life, in cooperation with CASA D’OR Hotel, conducted a training workshop for volunteers from the Lebanese University – Department of Medical Social Work, after launching the NGO’s hotline service 76765854, to provide the volunteers who will be receiving calls on key of life hotline the needed skills to properly respond to callers and to identify their needs, refer them to the proper services and provide them the needed support through Phone.
Key of life received more than 10000 Messages and calls from August till November.
